The app does not resolve the issues that arise; as a driver, I constantly have to find solutions for problems caused by the platform itself.
Customer support is practically nonexistent. I have never received a response from them, neither through messages nor phone calls.
On top of that, they only have a single phone number for contact, which makes it even harder to get timely assistance.
The GPS function in the app is highly inaccurate. I often have to drive extra miles to reach the correct address or the exact delivery point. This is a serious issue for us drivers, as we are responsible for ensuring that orders arrive on time. Despite the limitations of the app, I always give my best effort to fulfill my job.
However, when I try to mark that Ive arrived at the location, the app wont allow me to proceed.
I waste valuable time trying to contact support, but I receive no response. After waiting a long time, I try calling still, no answer.
Ive been experiencing this issue since yesterday at approximately 3:00 p.m., and throughout the entire day today, I still havent received any response. Who will compensate me for the time Ive lost? For the extra miles I had to drive?
For the job opportunities I missed yesterday?
It took a lot of effort to build my profile and earn good rewards. It is truly disappointing to see that this app fails to provide the support or solutions needed for an issue that clearly originates from their own system.

Verified Reviewer |It's been a few days now, roadie hasn't update my completed delivery. I think I will never gonna get pay for my time
App hasn't update my delivery. There was no scan step avaible at the time delivery except to take picture for verification Photos of location verification where packages dropped off were submitted with satisfactory.
The complete button didn't light up to verify completion. So I used Google maps for directions to delivery packages to next customer because the complete button never lit up to allow me click on it. The app keep asking to verify all step to complete each delivery but there was no other step to verify except to take picture. All packages were delivered but my screen still showing the full number of stops still remain the same, indicating no packages were deliver.
I've delivery for more than 5 hours but never get pay a penny Never gonna get pay. It's a waste of time

Late in the day i messaged delivery driver and she said she had left package by the sign in yard. I said what sign?
Totally different area and she had my correct address but i had to go pick up my package the next morning at the address that wasnt correct!
She left it at Wal Hill Farms. Not at my house even tho she showed me my address she had.
