Never got my order from Omaha Steaks; the driver sent a picture of the box inside their vehicle, not at my door as instructed. The driver's name is Daquanna F. At 4:21 PM yesterday, I had to replace the order.

I'm a driver and having issues in the app and no driver live support, so stuck on a gig that I can't cancel and nobody's around to help. So how is that driver support?

It's keeping me from working now for 24 hours, and I still can't cancel the gig due to the company's own issues, and it won't allow me to cancel the gig even after wasting 30 minutes on location doing as asked.

What a joke of a driver's gig. As a driver, you don't know how good or how pathetic a company is until you have an issue.

Can't sign in to the app. The verification code said it was sent but was never received.

Tried a dozen times.

Customer service was not helpful at all. The call was answered right away, but the stuff AI was not helpful.

I complete my gig, but app showing resubmit order this gig for the American tire shop. I take a picture I take sign for the associate.

Every time a store has Roadie deliver an item to my home, it is always left at the wrong address. This has happened multiple times and is the only company I have had issues with.

I emailed their support, but as usual, they were not helpful. Sad, but not surprised.

I got a new phone and a new number when I log into the Roadie App it sends a code to my old number when you call support it tells you to go into the app to change your number I can't I don't have the code...It makes you give up...
