Verified Reviewer |Had 73 deliveries without any problems then on Saturday December 6th 2025 . First of all after I scanned all the packages my app said ALL orders said null!! Tried to chat with roadie without any help
- - I returned orders after no response from recipients and the address showed as nonexistent.
- - Now my account is locked and I can't access my earnings.
So I returned the orders after calling all of the recipients with out any response and when I tried to pull up the address it said address didnt exist . So I took the order back to Best Buy . I even sent in screenshots for proof long story shortened it took 4 days to get it fixed but then yesterday I had a Best Buy delivery again it said null and so I left the order there because I literally couldnt clear it from my phone and now Im being punished because of no reason treating me as if I stole the items and I finished my 2 gigs and got home to realize that Im locked out of my account and cant even access my money that I earned today EXTREMELY UPSET

I'm a driver and having issues in the app and no driver live support, so stuck on a gig that I can't cancel and nobody's around to help. So how is that driver support?
It's keeping me from working now for 24 hours, and I still can't cancel the gig due to the company's own issues, and it won't allow me to cancel the gig even after wasting 30 minutes on location doing as asked.
What a joke of a driver's gig. As a driver, you don't know how good or how pathetic a company is until you have an issue.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Driver was robbed. Pick up is better.
I called Roadie customer support number: 470-785-****, which left me on hold for over 22 minutes before I hung up. I was counting on Roadie to deliver last night, as the order contains parts to fix water and irrigation leaks, which, if I had known I would still not have my order by 2 PM today, I would have picked it up myself. I wanted to drive for Roadie; hmm, maybe not. No support, just automated AI chat and support bots.
If I get no status update by tonight, I will march into Home Depot tomorrow and cancel the order for non-delivery. Good luck.

Ordered items from Best Buy for delivery. Ordered at 12 PM for same-day delivery.
I ordered a laptop and some wires... Getting texts that Roadie Delivery Service is on their way starting at 5 PM. By 8 PM, nothing. By 9:30 PM, a text was received that the package was dropped.
I looked at the picture, and it's not my location. Imagine my stress level thinking a laptop is possibly lost in the shuffle. Okay, turns out just $60 of wires. So, delivered by Roadie...
the driver drops the package at some random location at 9:30 PM, and I have no recourse of action whatsoever. I was at least able to contact the driver to tell him it was the wrong location, but he's in NYC now... I called the number on Roadie's website, was on hold for 40 minutes, and then got disconnected. I'm falling asleep...
The driver returned from NYC by 11:30 PM and was at my door! A very nice man came to my house to communicate (at 11:30 PM) to tell me he couldn't get the package back. Resolution: I had to go to the location myself to pick up my own package the next day! I'd say this was a lose/lose situation all around.
I have had better luck telling DoorDash my French fries didn't arrive and getting an instant refund with no hassle. This was an absolute nightmare. P.S. - Roadie is a division of UPS!

Every time a store has Roadie deliver an item to my home, it is always left at the wrong address. This has happened multiple times and is the only company I have had issues with.
